Both "Border" and "Archer" barrels are made by Border Barrels Ltd.

Barrel contours and dimensions We have a fairly comprehensive list of standard barrel contours. If you require a non standard contour, or you require a modification to any of our standard contours, there may be a setup charge of £65 for the first barrel. This charge reflects the time required to program the CNC contouring lathe for your specific requirement. However, all subsequent barrels will be charged at the standard rate.
For finished barrel lengths greater than 30" (762mm) there will be a surcharge of £20 per inch (25mm). Barrel steel Archer barrels can be made in type 416R stainless, or in chrome moly steel. The hardness range will be 26 to 30 Rockwell 'C'.

All export prices are quoted exclusive of VAT tax, which is applicable in the UK and Europe. The governing price is in pounds sterling. Euro prices are for quidance only and are based on an exchange rate of 1.00 Pounds = 1.20 euros. The exchange rate at the time of purchase will apply. Note that the general export prices may differ from those quoted by the agent in your country.
Export requirements We are required to obtain an export licence for all barrels exported outside the United Kingdom. If you are outside the EU, we require a copy of your valid import licence in order to obtain an export licence. Everyone (including importers outside the EU) will need to fill in an End User Undertaking form, which can be downloaded from our website. It can take up to 28 days for us to obtain our export licence. Quite often, we find that the delivery time of our barrels is dependent on how long it takes to get the necessary paperwork in place. It is therefore imperative that you act quickly to send us the necessary documents. The End User Undertaking form is not easy to understand, even if English is your first language, so we will be happy to email you a form already filled in for your order. All you will have to do is print it, sign it where indicated and sent it back to us.
